RLG Mentors

Mentors are an integral part of the program! They provide a supportive relationship in which an experienced cyclist guides younger athletes, fostering confidence, leadership, and the support in achieving personal riding goals. Mentors offer a safe space, skill development, and access to valuable networks, while helping riders navigate challenges so they can reach their full potential.

Our mentors volunteer their time throughout the season to connect with a young cyclist in their discipline, get out and ride together, and share their knowledge of the industry. They offer tips and tricks for excelling in competition, gaining sponsorship, and being a strong representative for the riding community.
